26th Sept ideal date Action Point: Confirm possible use of spaces on the desired date (Thomos) Advertising beforehand. Contact local and green groups. Invitation written by Jon. Action Point: Mailout to local and green groups. Jon to forward list and invitation text to Nick. (Nick to mailout, with attachment of leaflet?). Press release with brief description of TBT and of terms Peak Oil, Transition and Climate Change. The content of the piece was discussed and clarified. Integration of advertising TBT existence and social event agreed upon. Action Point: Write up succinct description of Peak Oil (Thomos) Action Point: Send completed piece to Newspaper (Nick) Advertising closer to day/on day. Posters/stands/notices around cathedral and/or Bangor. Layout of event discussed. Food. Group’s literature. Badges. Green mapping. Presentation, Discussion of presentation from TBT not discussed in depth... TBT Banner for event would be great. No action point! -0O0- E-mail and google group. Password and security info for google account obtained by Nick. Default reply-to for google group needs altering to ‘reply-to-sender’.
